Materials and finishes we run

Every film, board and finish on this page is one we stock and run today. Where a number depends on your spec, we quote it against your job instead of guessing.

Mailer films and papers

For mailers

Made in our film plant.

Film

PE/PO virgin compound

The base film for standard courier bags. New material, never regrind, so print stays clear and gauge stays even.

Film

Embossed alloy film

A textured surface on a virgin PE base. Our strongest courier film, rated at 1.5 times standard PE tensile strength.

Film

Co-extruded film

Several layers bonded to a bubble cushion for protective mailers. Resists tears and punctures in balance.

Paper

Brown kraft

A natural kraft face over a PE bubble lining. Warm and plain, and it needs separating at end of life.

Paper

White kraft

A bleached kraft face that carries full-colour print for beauty and cosmetics parcels.

Film

Aluminised film

Metallised film with a reflective surface that bounces back heat and catches the eye.

Film

Pearl film

A pearlescent film with a soft sheen, at a lower cost than foil lamination.

Film

Biodegradable film

A degradable compound, with its certificate supplied for every batch.

Box boards

For boxes

Printed and formed in our print house.

Board

Greyboard and art paper

A thick greyboard core wrapped in printed art paper. The standard for premium rigid boxes.

Board

Reinforced E-flute

Three-layer corrugated for windowed and handled food boxes that need crush strength. Grade set to your load.

Board

Coated carton board

Clay-coated board with the smoothest print surface, for fine type and small logos on pharma, beauty and electronics cartons.

Paper

Speciality papers

Textured, gold and silver card for health and premium gift work. Confirmed on a sample for each project.

Box styles

Structures we build

Style

Lid and base

A lid over a base tray. The default premium electronics and gift box: rigid, stackable, lots of print area.

Style

Flip-top

A one-piece hinged lid. Cheaper to assemble than lid and base and it keeps the reveal.

Style

Handled box

A die-cut carry handle with a roof or double-flap top, for food and gifts.

Style

Folding gift box

Looks rigid and ships flat, so freight costs less than a set-up box.

Style

Drawer and sleeve

A tray sliding in a sleeve. Common for pharma sets and premium cosmetics.

Style

Inserts and trays

Paper trays, folded fitments and blister inserts shaped to your bottle or device.
