Custom boxes and mailers · Factory direct · Shipped worldwide

The box you sign off is the box 10,000 customers open.

Most packaging from China looks perfect as a sample and disappointing as a bulk order. We lock your signed sample in as the standard on our Heidelberg presses, our camera inspection line and our test lab, so every box in the run matches the one you approved.

A note from our team · October 2026

Dear brand owner,

You know how the China packaging game usually goes.

You find a supplier. They answer every message in minutes. The sample lands on your desk and it is perfect: crisp print, square corners, your exact shade of orange.

So you sign it off, pay the deposit and wait.

Six weeks later the pallet arrives.

The black has printed charcoal grey. Your orange has drifted towards red. Half the lids gap at the corners, and something between the port and your warehouse has scuffed every box on the top layer.

The supplier who replied in minutes now takes three days.

Your customers notice. They film the unboxing, and the first thing on camera is that scuffed corner.

One thing causes all of it. Nobody held the bulk run to the sample you signed. Often the bulk run did not come off the same press, or even out of the same building.

We built Dream Packaging to fix that. We print in our own 20,000 m² print house on German-built Heidelberg presses made for packaging, and we run the whole place on one rule:

Your signed sample is the standard. Every sheet answers to it.

Here is how that works.

Our process

The Signed-Sample Lock

Four checkpoints stand between the sample you sign and the boxes your customers open.

  1. 01

    You sign the sample

We cut a white structure sample from your dieline first, then print a sample on production board. When you sign it, it becomes the standard for your whole order.

  2. 02

    The press holds it

Our Heidelberg presses lay down up to seven inks plus a UV coat in one pass. Operators pull sheets during the run and check them against your signed standard at the press console.

  3. 03

    The camera checks it

Our Daheng inspection line compares printed sheets with the standard and flags faults in text, register and colour before the sheets reach cutting and gluing.

  4. 04

    The lab tests it

Colour difference, barcodes, sizes and paper properties get tested against your signed sample and your order before we pack a single carton.

What the press does

Why our boxes look better

German-built Heidelberg presses made for packaging, run by people who have printed boxes since 2002. Here is what that gives your box.

01 · Seven inks

Your exact brand colour

A four-colour press builds every colour from cyan, magenta, yellow and black, so your orange can drift towards red. Our 7+1 press runs up to seven inks in one pass. We mix your brand colour as its own ink and it matches your brand guide.

10,000box 10,000 = box 1

02 · Register

The last box matches the first

The Speedmaster CD 102 holds every ink in its exact position at up to 15,000 sheets an hour. Fine text stays sharp, logos stay crisp and colour stays even across the whole run.

03 · The +1

A finish that survives shipping

The eighth unit on our 7+1 press lays a UV coat over the ink in the same pass. It seals the print against scuffs from cartons, conveyors and courier vans, so your boxes reach the customer looking new.

04 · Camera check

A camera checks the sheets

Our Daheng inspection line scans printed sheets against your signed standard and flags any sheet that drifts in colour or position before it goes on to cutting and gluing.

Questions

Before you order

Who makes the boxes?

Our 20,000 m² print house prints every box and our 8,700 m² film plant makes every mailer. You deal with one company from quote to delivery.

What if the bulk run doesn't match my sample?

That is the exact problem we built the Signed-Sample Lock around. Your signed sample is the standard for inspection and acceptance. If something looks wrong, send your account manager photos and we check the run against your signed standard.

Can I get a sample before I order?

Yes. You get a white structure sample to test-fit first, then a printed sample on production board. Your order goes to press only after you sign it.

What is your minimum order?

It depends on the product. Board, box structure, print colours and finish all change it. Send us the size and quantity and we quote the price at several order sizes, so you see where the unit cost drops.

How long does an order take?

Your quote shows production time and delivery time as two separate numbers. The clock starts when you sign the sample.

The offer

Here's the deal

Send us your spec today. Within 48 hours you get:

  • Unit prices at several quantities, so you see where the price drops
  • A structure and board recommendation for your product
  • Production time and freight to your door, as two separate numbers
  • A white sample to test-fit before you commit to print

If the numbers don't work for you, you've lost five minutes. If they do, your next pallet looks like your sample.
