Why ours
01 · Sample first
We cut a plain white sample from your dieline on our sample table. You test the fit with your real product before we make a single plate.
02 · Rigid forming
Our forming line wraps and presses lid-and-base boxes by machine, then our team fits the inserts by hand. Corners stay square and the wrap stays tight.
03 · In-house finishing
Lamination, foil stamping, embossing and spot UV run in our print house on the same job as the print, so every finish lines up with the artwork.

| Spec | What we run |
|---|---|

| Fit | Sleeve clearance set on the sample, not on a drawing. A tight drawer that swells in humidity jams |
| Pulls | Ribbon pull, die-cut finger notch, or a hang tab on the sleeve |
| Windows | Die-cut window with film patch, or an open-front tray |
| Board | Greyboard 1.2-2.0 mm, or 350-400 gsm folding board for a lighter version |
| Surface | Lamination, spot UV, foil, emboss; soft-touch for dark boxes |
| Insert | Folded paper, EVA or flocked blister inside the tray |
| MOQ | Quoted per structure and finish |
What you get
Questions
Tight enough that it does not fall off, loose enough that it does not jam. That is a sampling decision: we cut the white sample, you try it, and the clearance is fixed from there.
Yes. A glued rigid tray holds heavier products and keeps square corners; a folded tray is cheaper and ships flat.
Yes, with film patching. Send the artwork with the window position marked.
