Why ours

What our equipment does for your mailer

01 · Virgin film

Even gauge, clean seals

We use new PE/PO compound, never regrind. Even gauge gives you clean seals, sharp print and fewer jams on automatic bagging lines.

02 · Print

Up to eight colours on the bag

We print up to eight colours straight onto the film. Your logo and brand colour sit on the bag itself, not on a sticker.

03 · Capacity

More than 20 tonnes a day

Our film plant converts more than 20 tonnes of film a day on 13 machines, so a large reorder does not wait weeks for a slot.

Questions

Before you order

Is virgin material more expensive?

Per kilo, yes. But it prints better and runs more predictably on automated lines, which is where the saving usually sits for high-volume accounts.

Can it be recycled?

PE satchels are mono-material, which is the better starting point. Ask for the current recyclability statement for the exact film before you print a claim.
